Navigator recognizes the financial difficulties many of our Members are experiencing during these uncertain times. To help Members whose finances have been affected by COVID-19, we’ve offering a COVID Relief Loan. 

We’re Here for Our Members – And Ready to Help

Navigator's special COVID Relief Loan offers our current Members a quick and easy way to apply for additional funds to help you manage your finances during these uncertain times. There is no income or employment requirement and a simple online application with priority processing. Loans are available in amounts up to $1,500 with terms up to 15 months, based on lending criteria. The same low interest rate applies to all COVID Relief Loans. And because no one knows when the current situation will improve, Members have until midnight Tuesday, June 30, 2020, to apply.

Members who apply for and do not meet the criteria for a COVID Relief Loan may be qualified for other loan types which may be of benefit and will be given every consideration. Terms and conditions for loans other than the COVID Relief Loan vary.

In addition to the COVID Relief Loan, Members can also seek other considerations due to special circumstances by submitting a request for a review of their situation. All such requests will be handled confidentially. Relief assistance, if granted, will vary case by case.

When submitting an application for a COVID Relief Loan, you are authorizing Navigator Credit Union to pull credit in order to make a determination on your request. All offers subject to credit approval and membership eligibility. 6.00% APR = Annual percentage rate. A 15-month loan for $1,500 at 6.00% APR with the first payment deferred for 90 days would result in a monthly payment of $105.09. Rates and product offerings are subject to change without notice. Offer valid for current Navigator members who are in good standing and meet minimum credit score requirements, other account limitations may apply. Interest accrues from loan funding. Limit one request per household.  Federally insured by NCUA.
