With the innovative technology of Navigator’s enhanced Online Banking, navigate through any of these great features with the speed of your mouse:

    Mobile Banking

With Mobile Banking, you can safely and securely access your finances from your BlackBerry®, Android® or iPhone®. Download the FREE Navigator Credit Union App to enjoy the freedom and convenience of Mobile Banking for life on the go. No Smartphone, no problem! You can also enjoy Mobile Banking via Text Messaging from any cellular device.

  • Visit the App Store from your iPhone/iPad® and download the Navigator Credit Union App directly to your cellular/wireless device.
  • Android® and BlackBerry® users can visit from your cellular device. Follow the link at the bottom of the homescreen that states, “For a richer experience, download the mobile app to your phone.” and follow the prompts.
  • To begin enjoying mobile banking via text messaging, visit from your personal computer (PC).  Enter your ‘N Touch Web login Username and Password. From the homescreen, click on “SMS Settings” and “Add a mobile number from the second screen.  Continue to follow the online steps to complete the enrollment process of verifying your phone number and enabling your cellular device. To get started, respond to the welcome message with “MENU” to receive a list of available command options (i.e. text “B” for your account balance or “H” for your last five transactions, etc.)

Take personal finance management to the next level! Navigator provides these effortless and secure online capabilities:

  • Online Bill Pay – Get the security and convenience of paying all of your bills at one online location. You can view upcoming payments, track payment history and select the date the bill is paid. Plus, you’ll save time and postage. To sign up, log onto ’N Touch Web and click on the Bill Pay button.
  • e-Statements – Have your Navigator statements delivered to your computer instead of your mailbox! Each month, you’ll receive an email notifying you that your statement is ready to be viewed at our secure website. e-Statements are more convenient than paper, are better for the environment and reduce postage and printing costs. If you would like to sign up for e-Statements, log on to ’N Touch Web and click on the e-Statement button.
  • e-Alerts – e-Alerts are emails sent to notify you of certain transactions or events happening on your account. Each e-Alert can be sent to multiple email or cellular phone addresses within minutes of the actual transaction. To sign up for e-Alerts, log on to ’N Touch Web and click on the e-Alerts button.

   Mobile Deposit

Mobile Deposit allows you to quickly and securely deposit a
check to your account using our mobile banking app and the camera feature on
your smart phone or tablet.

STEP 1:  Open the Navigator App and select “Deposit
Check” from the mobile banking menu.

STEP 2:  Select the account to deposit the funds and
enter the amount of your check.

STEP 3:  Take a picture of the front and back of your
check endorsed with your name, account number and  “For Mobile

STEP4:  Receive a pop-up confirmation of your deposit
to your Navigator account.
