The weather is getting warmer. Are you ready to go outside? Spring is a great time to take a walk, go on a hike or play at the park. Listen for birds chirping, look for grass growing and smell flowers blooming.
There’s a lot to see and do! You’ll want a snack to give you energy. Here’s a recipe for trail mix to try. Ask your parents for help making it. Then put it in small bags or containers to take with you when you enjoy the great outdoors.
It’s Spring! Trail Mix
2 cups animal crackers
2 cups mini pretzels
1 cup banana chips
1 cup cheese flavored fish crackers
1 cup raisins
Mix together and store in a sealed container.
