For the first time in decades, the Board will have two new individuals replacing previous members. Richard Schenk and Dorothy Todd will join a team of veteran Board Members who will work together to move the credit union forward.
Robert A. Fertitta, President & CEO, commented on the Board’s newest members. “As a community leader and dedicated professional, Richard Schenk has a unique ability to create successful outcomes. His skill and expertise will enhance the visionary leadership of the Board of Directors.”
“Dorothy Todd has the distinction of becoming the first African-American woman on the Board,” Fertitta continued. “She brings with her a fresh perspective and unyielding passion for the members she and other Board members serve. We are fortunate to have both Richard and Dorothy as new members and hope their presence will infuse the Board with great ideas for change and growth.”
