Joshua Borden Director, Term Ending 2026

Joshua Borden is the CEO and a founding member of Coastal Exterior Cleaners, a local company offering pressure and soft washing services for commercial, residential and industrial facilities. He is nominated to complete the unfulfilled term of long-time Board Member Robert Harry. Josh is active in civic and charitable efforts throughout the Gulf Coast region and serves as a member of the Boards of Directors for Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber Young Professionals, the United Way of Jackson, George and Greene Counties and the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, where he serves as an Executive Board Vice President and Moss Point Area Council Manager. He was also a 2022 Shuck Cancer Gulf Coast Honoree with The American Cancer Society.


Richard Schenk Director, Term Ending 2027

While serving as the Vice President of Program Management for Ingalls Shipbuilding, Richard Schenk was responsible for all program and financial aspects including program execution and financial performance of the portfolio of ships built by Ingalls Shipbuilding. He joined Ingalls Shipbuilding in 1982 and retired in 2016. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, is a graduate of the Wharton Advanced Management Program and completed 20 years of Active and Reserve Duty in the U.S. Navy. Richard has been serving on Navigator’s Board of Directors since he was first elected in 2015.

 


Dorothy Todd Director, Term Ending 2027

Dorothy “Dot” Todd’s 32-year career at Ingalls Shipbuilding is marked with achievements that include completing work for numerous LHA amphibious assault ships and DDG destroyers on time and under budget. She was also the first female to be named a Supervisor in the Hull department at Ingalls and later rose to the position of Foreman. Dot has been a credit union volunteer since 1994. In 2010, she was elected to Chair the Overview Committee, and in 2015 she was elected to the Board of Directors, where she currently serves as Secretary.
