A Special Message to Our Members
Dear Navigator Members,
Thank you for your membership and for the ongoing trust you have placed in us. We continue to navigate uncharted waters as our nation deals with the COVID-19 global pandemic. And while much remains uncertain at this time, you can rely on your Credit Union to be here, ready to serve your needs.
As we welcome Safe Return and progress towards normalcy, we realize for many life is still far from normal. We hope it’s reassuring to know Navigator is well capitalized and remains financially strong. And as always, your funds on deposit here are federally insured.
You can also rest assured we are taking the health and the safety of our Members and our employees very seriously. To do our part to minimize the possibility of transmitting the Coronavirus and in compliance with government and public health advisories, we’ve made changes which support increased sanitation and social distancing as we honor our commitment to be here for you when you need us.
All Navigator Branches are continuing to serve Members with expanded drive-through service during regular hours of operation. For your convenience and to ensure safe social distancing, we encourage appointments for in-person lobby visits. Our Member Contact Center remains available six days a week. In addition, you can continue to conduct most transactions 24 hours a day using online and mobile banking, ATMs or by telephone. For the most up-to-date information designed to assist you, please visit our special informational site navigatorcu.org/covid-19.
We also want Navigator Members who are dealing with financial difficulties as a result of COVID-19 to know you can request a review of your situation. While automatic COVID-related payment extensions and COVID Relief Loans are no longer available, you can ask for consideration due to special circumstances by calling our Member Contact Center, 800-344-3281. Each request will be handled confidentially and on a case-by-case basis.
Navigator is here for our communities, too. With our #CommunityStrong initiative, we’ve supported local restaurants negatively impacted by COVID-19, saluted healthcare workers for their life-saving contributions and donated to Feeding the Gulf Coast, helping them provide 10,000 meals to our friends and neighbors. Learn more at navigatorcu.org/community-strong. We're stronger together, and special Member Appreciation days demonstrate our belief "We Are All Essential."
As a not-for-profit financial institution founded in 1939, we’ve been here through good times and bad, and we’re committed to providing the financial services and support you need during this challenging time.
We’ll navigate this together!
