e-Statements offer security, convenience and the ability to have access to your financial information 24/7.

(Effective Feb. 1, 2025, paper statements for checking accounts will be charged a fee*. To avoid a fee, enroll in digital e-Statements before Jan. 31, 2025!)

How to enroll in online banking

  1. Log into Digital Banking.
  2. Select Documents and Statements under the More (…) menu.
  3. Select the Paperless tab on the left.
  4. Check the Consolidated Statements box.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Accept the eStatement Enrollment Disclosure.

How to enroll in mobile banking

  1. Sign into your account on the Navigator mobile app.
  2. Select Menu at the bottom of your screen.
  3. Expand the More section and select Paperless Settings.
  4. Check the Consolidated Statements box.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Accept the eStatement Enrollment Disclosure.

*Effective February 1, 2025, NCU will charge a $2 monthly fee for paper statements for business and consumer checking accounts only. This fee helps offset increasing costs of printing, processing and mailing paper statements. You can avoid this fee by switching to electronic e-Statements. (Note: Accounts where the primary account owner is age 65 or older will not be charged a monthly fee for paper statements.) To avoid being charged this fee, you must sign up for e-Statements by January 31, 2025.
