86th Annual Shareholders’ Meeting – Tuesday, September 30, 2025

Navigator Credit Union’s 86th Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be a virtual meeting. It will be Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 11 a.m. and will last approximately 30 minutes.

Join us as we celebrate another year of shared success and set the course to an even brighter 2026. We’ll look back on the milestones we achieved in 2024 – from growing your financial well-being to strengthening our community. We’ll also look ahead to how we’ll continue building financial strength and opportunity for our members and the credit union.

Door prizes!

Navigator will randomly draw names from the list of members who registered and attended the Annual Meeting to win door prizes*. The door prizes are as follows:

        • Four members will win $50 cash;
        • Two members will win $250 cash;
        • One member will win the grand prize of $500 cash.

DOOR PRIZE GIVEAWAY RULES
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Opening an account, taking a loan from Navigator Credit Union or other purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Rules are subject to change at any time and without notice.
Eligibility for Promotion: Open to anyone eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Members must be in good standing with the credit union. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Navigator Credit Union are ineligible. The Promotion period begins and ends on September 30, 2025. Must be in attendance at the annual meeting to win. No transfer or substitution of the prize is permitted by the winner.
Prizes: The Credit Union will award seven (7) cash prizes. There will be four (4) $50 prizes, two (2) $250 prizes and one (1) $500 grand prize. Funds will be deposited into the member’s primary savings account no later than 15 days from the date of the annual meeting.
Void where prohibited by law: All Federal, State, and local laws apply.
Tax Responsibility: Federal, State, and local taxes are the responsibility of the prize winner.
Release of Claims: The winner, members of any winning household, relatives, and persons who use any prize awarded by the Credit Union, and such persons heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt the Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, chooses in action and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from the use of any prize, including personal injury or death.
Prize Drawing and Notification: The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entrants received on September 30, 2025. The selection of a prizewinner hereunder will be final. Each member who attends the annual meeting will receive one entry into the drawing.
We will notify the winner based on the contact information on the member’s account (email). We will NEVER send you a link to click as a winner.
General Conditions: Navigator Credit Union reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the promotion or any part of it, for any reason, including if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by the Credit Union in its sole discretion.
Accepting a prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation.
