Credit card FAQ

We do not charge annual fees, balance transfer fees, or cash advance fees on our cards. Other fees may apply. Please check your card agreement for full details.

A balance transfer allows you to move debt from one or more existing credit cards onto a new card. To make a transfer, you provide details about the account you want to pay off. Your new card issuer pays that amount and adds it to your new balance. Balance transfers can help you save money when moving a higher-rate balance to a lower-rate card.

By transferring a higher-rate credit card balance to a lower-rate card, you may pay less interest over time. This lets more of your monthly payment go toward reducing the balance. Consolidating multiple balances into a single payment can also make monthly budgeting easier.

A secured credit card helps you build or rebuild credit by requiring a deposit held in a savings account as collateral. Your deposit usually sets your credit limit. You use the card like a regular credit card and make monthly payments on the amount you spend. Making payments on time helps improve your credit history.

If you close the account in good standing, your deposit is returned, often with interest earned. After showing responsible use, many issuers allow you to upgrade to an unsecured card.

You earn one Navigator Rewards point for every dollar you spend on eligible purchases. Points can be redeemed through the Navigator Rewards website for travel, merchandise, gift cards, cash back, and more.

Our mobile app lets you check your credit card balance, monitor transactions, and statements when enrolled in e-Statements. You can also turn your card on or off instantly and report a lost or stolen card.
