Interactive Teller Machine (ITM)

We’re introducing ITMs to make banking more convenient. You can complete most of the transactions you’d normally visit a branch for, many of them available 24/7, while still having access to a live teller during branch hours. It’s a faster, more flexible way to bank without sacrificing personal service.

Not at all. We know personal service matters. With an ITM, you can still talk to a real person when you need help. In fact, you’ll have access to a live video teller during branch hours, including Saturdays.
You’ll still see the friendly faces you’ve come to know, just in a new way.

Many transactions can be completed quickly without speaking to a teller. But if you have a question, need assistance, or simply prefer help from a person, just tap the screen to connect with a live teller.
The choice is yours.

The screen walks you through each step, and most members find it very easy to use after just one transaction. We’ll also have team members available during the transition to answer questions and help anyone who would like a little extra guidance.

That’s okay! You’re not alone. We’ve designed this transition with all members in mind. The machine is easy to navigate, and assistance is always available if you need it. We’ll also provide demonstrations, tutorials, and friendly support to help you feel confident using the new system.

• Deposit up to 200 bills in one transaction
• Make loan payments
• Access a live representative during branch hours
• Make larger withdrawals, including up to $10,000 with teller assistance
