They often use technology to change the phone number that appears on your caller ID. So the name and number you see might not be real.
Impersonating Navigator is a tactic used by criminals to steal your money.
Navigator Credit Union will NEVER call, text, or email you asking for personal information such as your:
- full username
- password
- account number
- full card number
- authentication codes
2. Scammers say there’s a PROBLEM
