Impersonating Navigator is a tactic used by criminals to steal your money.
Navigator will NOT call or text you asking for your social security number, login, or other personal information – we already have it. When in doubt, hang up or don’t reply and contact us directly.

Anyone who calls or texts you asking for your personal information is likely a fraud.
Fraudsters are usually very direct and friendly in their approach. They sound authentic.
Fraudsters will pressure you to follow their instruction immediately while they are on the phone with you.
They may ask you or text you for login information to clear up a problem on your account.
Links in text messages should always be treated as suspicious. Do not click any links in texts.
Don’t give your personal or financial information in response to a request that you didn’t expect.
