How to find your member number?

Your member number is used to identify your overall relationship with Navigator. It is a unique number given to you when you joined Navigator. It is used to identify you and your accounts.

New Members

If you’re a new member, you may have received your member number when you joined Navigator. If you opened your deposit account online recently, your member number is accessible in your account opening documents in our application system.

Online Banking

Log into your account in online banking, and look for the member number in your account details.

      • In online banking, click on any of your accounts.
      • Your member number appears in the Account Details tile on the right.

Mobile App

Log into the mobile app, and look for the member number in your account details.

      • In the mobile app, click on any of your accounts.
      • Then click on the Details tab..
      • Your member number appears in the Account Details list.

Checks

If you have paper checks, your member number is part of the long number printed at the bottom of the check. It’s 10 digits as shown below. When identifying yourself by your member number, please skip the first three digits in gray as shown.
