How do I place a travel notice on my account?

Travel notifications are no longer needed

Navigator members no longer need to provide notice of upcoming travel for your Navigator debit and credit cards to function while you’re away (domestically or internationally). Advanced fraud detection tools identify when you’re traveling, making travel alerts not necessary.

What happens if your card is declined when traveling?

If you are traveling and experience a problem with your Navigator debit card or credit card, please call:

  • (800) 344-3281 Monday – Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central; Saturday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Central
  • (888) 918-7313 Card Services after hours
