How do I place a stop payment on a check or an ACH transaction?

You can place a stop payment on a single check, a series of checks or an ACH transaction.

  • From your dashboard, click on the ellipsis menu (…) at the top right.
  • Select Stop Payment from the dropdown menu.
  • Follow the instructions to submit a stop payment.
